How does Hire Creators do?

Can I ask for a specific profile for the person I’m looking for?

Yes! Here is how it works:
- You fill out a form.
- We set up a call with an account manager where we learn more about your company, and the role that you are looking to fill.
- We work our Hire Creators magic.
- We send you our curated selection for you to review and decide who you want to interview.
- You interview candidates and decides on the most suitable hire.

Do I pay the new hire through you?

You pay your creator directly just like any other employee or contractor. We get paid the first month salary as soon as the creator signs their contract with you.

Why is it important to invest in an In-house creator?

You have more control over the quality, tone and message of your content. Not only you will be able to produce content at a faster rate but it can be a more cost-effective solution than outsourcing to agencies or paying a large number of content creators.

How many videos can the creator record daily?

That number will be determined between you and each creator. Depending on the creator's experience, the requirements of each video, the number will greatly vary.

Can I choose remote creators?

Yes! When you create a job listing, you can choose between remote, hybrid, or onsite.

What if it doesn’t work out with the creator? Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds, but we will create a new job listing on your behalf and help you find new candidates up to 3 months after we start working together.

Are there any hidden or setup fees?

No! We do not have any hidden fees. We get paid the first month salary. That's it. :)

Will I have to interview everyone you choose?

We shortlist the best candidates for the position and run them by you. After you choose your top picks, we will set up an interview with each creator.

What if I don’t hire anyone through you, do I still have to pay?

No. We only get paid if you hire one of the creators we introduce you to.

How can I apply?

You just need to fill out the form with your details and we’ll start the matching process.

Who can apply for jobs?

Anyone that has experience as a content creator.

How do I find a job that’s suitable for me?

By filling out the applyingform, we will match you to the most suitable roles for you.

Can I choose the company I work for?

We will send you offers when they become available, and you can choose to accept or reject.

Will I have to post on my personal profile?

Not likely but that is something to arrange with the hiring company.

Is it pay per project or monthly salary?

The offers are for part-time or full-time employment, and not per project. Some offers are for direct employment, others are for contracting.
